This Balwadi (Day Care Centre) is being run at a slum in Nagpur city. There are several children who roam around without going to school. It was for them that the care centre was setup. Now 15-20 children are there. Some children who go to the nearby primary school also come and attend the classes in the centre. We could see great development in the children – the way they dress, speak, behave etc. Some of them are very much interested in studies. We hope that they can be sent to school during the next academic year.
